We want you to shop with confidence at Scot’s Sporting Goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted see In-Store and Online policies below.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items are non-returnable (see list below).
In-Store Purchases
- Bring your item and receipt to our store within 30 days for a return or exchange.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Cash refunds over $100 may be issued as a store check or store credit.
Online Purchases
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale items, Footwear, Bear Spray, Rentals, Optics, Firearms & Ammunition, and Used Equipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
